MCJ Family member receives fond farewell

It is with sadness that I report that Lynette Johnson Ivy died on Oct. 21, 2016. Lynette was the sister of Lillian Johnson of Memphis, Tenn. Lil and her husband Lige Johnson were our hosts for the MCJ 2012 Family Reunion in Memphis and are regular attendees for MCJ.
Sometimes we may not remember all the names but take a look and you'll recognize Lynette who attended multiple MCJ reunions over the years. The write-up below outlines her sterling career as an educator at the University of Mississippi and is a worthy tribute to a lovely lady and wonderful family member.
