Last Call..MCJ 2019 VA Beach

One week from now we"ll all be together and we're so excited we can't wait! Here's a few last minute items to be aware of and to help you make plans for an amazing Labor Day weekend with your MCJ family.

If you haven't gotten around to paying your dues yet we prefer cash in person now that we've passed the point of sending it in the mail or paypal so please bring your dues with you. Secondly, don't forget to rock your favorite reunion tee shirt from previous years at the Friday meet & greet. Here's the agenda for the weekend.

Holiday Inn Virginia Beach-Norfolk Hotel and Conference Center – 5655 Greenwich Road Virginia Beach, VA 23462 Tele # 757-499-4400

Friday: Meet & Greet –Check-in from 5pm to 9pm in the hospitality room in the hotel. Light refreshments served. MCJ 2019 Tee shirts distributed and sold. Registration, welcome bag, wristbands “Come as you are – we would love to see you in one of the old reunion shirts.”

Saturday: Breakfast – Room TBD – 8am – 10:00am ● After Breakfast we would like to take some group photos (10:00-10:15) MCJ Family Meeting – 10:30am – 12pm Shuttle to beachfront and entertainment areas available just outside hotel 11:30 noon until 6:00 Network-Cocktail – Room TBD - 7pm-11pm - casual wear – no swimsuits DJ – lite refreshments – cash bar $$$

Sunday: Family Worship Service – Hospitality Room 9am-10:30am w/ Rev. Larry Steib MCJ Banquet (room tbd) – Wear your Virginia Beach 2019 reunion t-shirt. 1: pm – 5pm Delicious buffet, Scholarship Awards, fundraising, MCJ business updates ● Auction – Bring Items You Wish To Auction Off ● Group Photos in our MCJ 2019 T-shirts

Friday – Sunday ● Movie Night - Hospitality Room - TBD o Toy Story, Captain Marvel, Shazam ● Bingo – B-I-N-G-O Time TBD ● Tea Party – Sunday Time TBD ● Adult/Kid Sitter $$$

Charter Bus – Hotel Lobby: 11:30am – 6pm Drop-off / Pick-up at the following locations. One time charge only for the bus all day – A great way to get around, let somewhat else deal with the traffic. ● Top Golf ● Beach – Boardwalk – 19 th Street and Arctic
