Hello Family, we're in the home stretch before another epic MCJ Family Reunion in just 2 weeks on September 3-5, 2021. But first, we'd like to share the 411 on yet another MCJ family member doing big things.

Constance Love has been hosting her very own podcast called the Circle of Truth for several months and managing to land interviews with various individuals in the fields of politics, business, government and social justice.

The Circle of Truth offers candid discussions among Constance, her co-hosts and guests and has targeted many provocative issues facing the black community. Her most recent podcast on Sunday August 15th featured Deirdre Gilbert, a black woman and candidate for Governor of the great state of Texas. The Circle of Truth Podcast is promoted heavily on Facebook and you can join Constance and her co-hosts Candace Joseph and Derrick Henderson and guests by following Constance on facebook,https://www.facebook.com/groups/thetruthprevails.

MCJ Family Reunion 2021 KC is almost here! Pack your bags and holla Kansas City Here I Come! Oh, you want me to say the whole thing. Ok, Going ta, Kansas City, Kansas City here I come. I might take a plane, I might take a train, but if I have to walk, I'll get there just the same! Yes indeed. Let's do this MCJ!

Here's some of the latest information you need to know regarding our MCJ 2021 reunion.

Transportation Services - If you are in need of transportation services during your stay in KC we are providing a van or other private vehicle available between Thursday 9/2 thru Monday 9/6 between the KC airport, hotel, picnic, banquet and points in between. Just text your information to one of our two transportation captains below. Please provide complete info with first and last name arrivals, destination, number of passengers and phone number. In addition, we will have a golf cart available for localized movement at the picnic and other areas.

COVID Protocols - Please assist us by adhering to the following COVID Protocols so we can have a safe and fun filled reunion for everyone. There's still almost two weeks left to get your vaccination if you have not done so already. Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided at each and every function. All food service is intended to be via a server serving you your food item so please do not help yourself or touch serving utensils. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

We'd like to share some of the planned activities for the reunion although we're continuing to refine those plans with an eye toward making your stay in KC as enjoyable as possible. You may have heard we're going to kick things off this year with a special Thursday night opening party at the Collins Compound. This event just might become a tradition at our reunions, at least for any future reunion hosts that want to compete for the title! Next, we have the Welcome to KC Meet &Greet on Friday evening at 6:00 p.m. at the hotel. The annual MCJ Family Business Meeting will be Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. followed by the KC Masterpiece Picnic at 1:00 in Swope Park at the Bandstand, just off 63rd & Jackson. Saturday night we’ll have a range of suggested activities including chilling at the hotel for the less adventurous. Sunday morning we’ll worship together for those that choose to followed at 1:00 p.m. by our annual MCJ Banquet with all the related activities. The banquet will be held at the Fireman's Hall at 63rd & Manchester.
